FOR THE LOVE OF DOG.

Founded just outside of Austin by two sisters in Dripping Springs, Texas, Fifi & Wallace was inspired by our devotion to our own dogs and our desire to showcase just how much they mean to us. Naming our company, Fifi & Wallace, is an ode and blending of the dogs we've loved in the past or still love today. Whether a breed is small in stature, but big on heart, runs on big paws, is purebred or a mischievous mix, Fifi & Wallace represents the best in each furry friend.

I don't see my dog on here! Can I request a breed?

Don't see your preferred pooch on our site? Send an email to info@fifiwallace.com and we'll do our best to create a ring that celebrates your favorite furry friend!

Shipping

Does it take longer to get my ring if I have it engraved?

No! Our shipping times include the personalized engraving on the inside of the ring.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes about 3 weeks - and that includes the engraving!

Can you produce my order any quicker than three weeks?

Yes, we now offer three business day rush service. Contact us for details.

What company do you use for shipping?

We ship through United Parcel Service (UPS).

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

We ship only to U.S. addresses and Canada. We will produce your item and ship for arrival in about three weeks. Upon receipt you will be responsible for any Canadian import taxes or duties. Fifi&Wallace cannot be responsible for orders delayed by the customs process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, PayPal and ApplePay.

Returns

If I do not like my merchandise, may I return it?

We want you to be completely satisfied and impressed with your purchase. If you don't feel we have done our best to exceed your expectations, simply return your Fifi&Wallace product within 30 days for a full, no questions asked refund less any shipping or special handling charges.

Sizing

How do I determine my ring size?

Due to the custom nature of our products, ordering the correct size is important. Need your finger sized? It's really best to get your finger sized professionally or you can download our ring sizer or find additional ring sizers online. Simply download and follow the instructions shown.

What do I do if my ring is the wrong size?

We will repair, refinish or resize any PūrLuxium™ Fifi&Wallace design at our expense for as long as you own it. You can send the item to us at any time and only pay the cost of return shipping, currently $15 via insured UPS. PūrLuxium™ is made to last - buy with confidence for a lifetime of enjoyment!

What is PūrLuxium™?

PūrLuxium™ is our proprietary jeweler's stainless steel alloy. It is similar in color to white gold or platinum, and is extremely hard, much like titanium. It is hypoallergenic as well, so it is perfect for those with sensitive skin.

What is the PūrLuxium™ Lifetime Warranty?

Our new PūrLuxium™ fine jeweler's stainless steel has the look of platinum combined with the hardness of titanium. PūrLuxium™ is made to last - buy with confidence for a lifetime of enjoyment!
